ReelDoctor AI provides AI-assisted analysis of short-form videos, including predicted retention, Hook evaluation, speech-pacing analysis and timestamped editing suggestions. AI output is guidance, not a guarantee of views, sales, platform reach or business results.

ReelDoctor AI提供AI短视频分析，包括预测留存、Hook诊断、口播节奏与逐秒修改建议。分析结果仅供内容优化参考，不保证播放量、销售、平台流量或商业成果。

You must have the right to upload and analyse the content you submit. Do not upload unlawful content, private material belonging to others, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or attempts to disrupt the Service.

你必须拥有上传及分析相关内容的权利。禁止上传违法内容、他人的私人资料、恶意程序或侵犯第三方权利的内容。涉及滥用、欺诈或破坏服务的账号可能被暂停。

Plans & Credits · 配套与Credits

Creator is US$19 per month with 25 monthly Credits. Pro is US$39 per month with 75 monthly Credits. A 10-Credit top-up is US$9 as a one-time purchase. Creator receives 10 bonus Credits after the first successful subscription payment.

Creator为每月US$19并加入25 Credits；Pro为每月US$39并加入75 Credits；10 Credits Top-up为一次性US$9。Creator首次成功订阅后额外获得10 Credits。

Purchased, monthly, bonus and referral Credits accumulate permanently and do not reset at renewal. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and may only be used with the account that received them. Up to 60 seconds uses 1 Credit, 61–120 seconds uses 2, and 121–180 seconds uses 3.

已购买、每月发放、赠送及推荐奖励的Credits都会永久累积，续费时不会清零。 Credits不可兑换现金、不可转让，只能由获得Credits的账号使用。60秒以内扣1 Credit、61–120秒扣2、121–180秒扣3。

Refund Policy · 退款政策

All completed subscription and top-up payments are non-refundable, including unused Credits and cancellation during a paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds. This policy does not limit remedies required by applicable law. Verified duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions and payment-processing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

所有已完成的订阅及Top-up付款均不退款，包括未使用的Credits及在已付款周期内取消订阅；不提供按比例退款。本政策不会限制适用法律规定的消费者权利。经核实的重复扣款、未经授权交易或付款处理错误，会按实际情况调查并处理。

Subscription Cancellation · 订阅取消

Creator and Pro renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal in your ReelDoctor account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, stops the next renewal, and does not remove accumulated Credits.

Creator与Pro会每月自动续费，直至取消。你可以通过ReelDoctor会员页面的付款管理入口取消订阅。取消会在当前已付款周期结束时生效、停止下一期续费，并保留已经累积的Credits。

Privacy Notice · 隐私政策

We process account details, payment status, uploaded videos, analysis inputs, reports and usage history to provide and secure the Service. Payments are processed by Stripe; ReelDoctor AI does not store full card details. Authentication and AI-processing providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.

我们会处理会员资料、付款状态、上传影片、分析输入、报告及使用记录，以提供并保护本服务。付款由Stripe处理，ReelDoctor AI不会储存完整信用卡资料。登录及AI处理服务商只会接收完成相关服务所需的资料。

Uploaded media is used to generate the requested analysis and is not intended as permanent media storage. Account, billing, credit and analysis records may be retained for service operation, security, dispute handling and legal compliance. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable through ReelDoctor AI's designated business support channel.

上传的媒体仅用于生成所要求的分析，并非永久媒体储存服务。会员、付款、Credits及分析记录可能因系统运作、安全、争议处理及法律合规而保留。你可通过ReelDoctor AI指定的商业客服渠道，提出适用的查阅、更正或删除请求。
